I painted this piece after a rainstorm one winter using oil pastels. I loved the sway of the dried grasses and the two old barns out at Lily Mountain Nature Preserve in Estill County, Kentucky.

This piece comes in an antique frame with glass. This antique frame is hand-carved wood. Each carved floral design in the wood was painted gold. It is truly a beautiful old frame, holding a modern day piece of art. The total size of the frame is 13" X 16".
