Springtime in Lexington, Kentucky is delightful! When the cherry blossom trees burst into color, half of the state's population can be found meandering around town where old growth cherry trees are blossoming. Photographers, painters and onlookers can be seen taking in the brilliant show before them. I painted this en plein air, of course!
